DDOS'ing isn't something you can certainly prove in game nor is it something related to gameplay on the servers.
I think he just wanted to scare you. And i checked your IP adress in-game and it is significantly different from the one in the screenshot.
But feel free to re-resolve the report, if you feel that you are being Ddosed by someone, and then another admin or Bene will resolve it.
