Any other proof you have Tick 52500 - mono spamming starts

Tick 56049 - I find him mono-spamming and highlight their name.

Tick 74000 - Jingles mono spams again (74990 for highlight of their name)

Tick 171043 - Unwilling to go warden. No mic. Likely they only went BLU just to mono spam :/
