What is the accused persons SteamID? STEAM_0:0:176632898

What rules has the reported player broken? Racist name, although I'm not sure if that's allowed here. They are clearly hacking with aimbot or some sort of thing to get instant headshots. Likely it's a throw away account since they got the Pyrovision achievement for dominating me, but I thought I'd report anyway.

He was indeed a hacker. But anyway, a penality isn't necessary since he got VAC banned.
