I was DMd this report over discord, the .dem file isnt properly loading for me but I was given an additional .mp4. At tick 472000 for twitch.tv/apolloxzxz, and tick 515000 for old scout, they appear to be micspamming. They have no history other than votemutes and a warning in Portuguese to fix old scouts mic, so warnings will be issued.
