What rules has the reported player broken?
Freekilling and not slaying himself
Even though it's not heard in the video preview, my orders were:
"Out of cell rebel day and lava day. Hug and face back wall of your cells afk frozen. Medics no healing meele's out spy sappers out scouts no projectiles engies no teleporting".
And he freekilled people that were innocent and did orders right, and didn't slay himself after being told it's a freekill.
