What is the reason of the report? Aimboting as scout, their pistol aim is robotic, perfectly tracking the rocket jumping soldier in the video I've provided, especially in the 2nd one where the soldier made a unexpected rocket jump in the middle of his rocket jump, which is impossible to perfectly track. But yet he did lol. Plus it's really obvious the dude is on a alt.
