So a couple of things. 1. Thank you for using the correct steamid.
2. The player does have a mic
3. Aside from baiting and the little bit at the end, there is not enough evidence to ban them for any period of time. So I am going to just put a 1 hr on them for the sake of keeping track of it.
4. I am banning Shadowblade for 2 days admitting to freekilling and then refusing to kill himself.
