What is the reason of the report? Votedodge for micspam, happened multiple times. He was warned multiple times by multiple people even before the vote was called, was warned not to votedodge, screenshots included were I believe the second and third votedodges.

Unfortunately screenshots are not valid evidence when it comes to votedodging. I need to be able to see the dodge and have proof that he was, in fact, micspamming and not simply a victim of donor abuse. Do you have a demo or some other video evidence?

Be sure to record enough that it can be punished. Micspam's not as big a deal, but most JB-specific offenses require demos ran from the very start of the round to be valid evidence.
