The stuff in the first picture went on for several (3-5) minutes until he was eventually kicked for command spamming, as seen in the second picture.

Later I went Spy, and he started following me around when I was invis and shooting trying to alert the enemy team members to my location, so could be considered "griefing", but looking through the rules it doesn't seem like it's really punishable. Do with it as you wish. I also have screens of his name changes.

That is more than likely a donator using their perks to change their bodypart sizes in the first screenshot.

In the second, being kicked for command spamming is not an admin's doing. That is a kick done by CONSOLE because the person has used too many commands in a short time.
There is no visible evidence of admin abuse in those screenshots, just common occurrences that happen in the servers from time-to-time.


Edit: The additional 2 pictures of changed names have no link to ANY form of abuse. The user you are accusing is simply changing their name in the steam overlay

None of these are admin abuse. That is a donator, and that's still not donator abuse. Having the ability to resize your hands is a perk with buying donator status, getting kicked for command spam is a result of the plugin having a fit or the player spamming their keys, and the two name changes are basic things you can do in the Steam overlay.
