49000 - After killing me, he lets other players kill him (Friendly) while he voteslays himself.
64200 - Starts spamming "America has given us the monkey"
75000 - Continues spamming the same sound
79500 - Starts spamming "Oktoberfest"
84100 - Starts spamming "Heavy long laugh"
PS: If that's not the correct demo/the file crashes, ask me to upload the correct demo or make it a video and i will try to do it the fastest possible.

Hey Shadow Mario, hope you're having a good day at the moment you are reading this.

I will unfortunately have to decline this. All the ticks provided that Spark has done isn't a punishable act, in fact you can literally disable all the obnoxious sounds just by typing !sounds. I will however take notice to Spark's donor abuse which I thank you for recording. But otherwise, he won't get punished at all.
