Punished crisis but not space box. Warden had not given a new order, he only ordered the heavy KoS, and no one died because the repeat was ignored. The restriction has to be unreasonable to be invalid for minigames, crouch day would not have been acceptable but no jump day is still plausible, and as such Clipons was KoS for ignoring warden's direct order.
