That can be taken into an offense I understand where you are coming from so I feel like this deserves a "Gag" not a ban.

I mean, he was just stating a point to a specific person. I honestly think he should just be warned to respect all players. I'm not what the rules are for that specific server, but at the very worst, he should be muted for 10 minutes or so.

Looking at the evidence provided, I have concluded that there is not sufficient evidence to apply any force against the player.
He was just being a salty child that's all.
If any admin feels as this should be rethought, feel free to do so.
