What rules has the reported player broken? Advertising of hacks/anticheat and spamming type chat. Came in and was spectating the entire time until vote muted then left.

Hello will! So from your demo, there is really nothing of value. It just shows the player 'same' getting gagged and shortly afterwards the demo ends.
I have checked same's chat log and I found only one message which is;

STOP GETTING MAD AND STABILIZE YOUR MOOD WITH LITHIUMCHEAT!.
Nothing else is there only that. No spamming or nothing.
Now advertising cheats/hacks results in a permanent ban, Lithium Cheats is legit but I will ask another admin if they believe a permanent ban should be issued.

Final verdict is a permanent ban for advertising cheats plus same's profile isn't even set up so that makes it easier
