What rules has the reported player broken? occasional spawncamping (the demo takes a bit to show it but theres times where he will spray rockets close to spawn killing/hurting people in spawn and towards the end youll see where he blantly fires a bunch of rockets in spawn hurting me and killing others

Banned for 12 hours for spawn killing as you don't accidentally fire 8 or so rockets into the enemy spawn.
