Vick please don't make demos, just record with shadowplay or (something else) so the admins don't have to download a shit of demos files.

Downloading files as an admin shouldn't be so tiring, they have taken the responsibility by applying knowing the difficulties. Even I have viewed other players demo. Demo is the most sufficient way to report a rule breaker. The reason why is simply stated above, admins can check what's happened outside your view and determine much easier if the suspect was infact breaking a rule. And the files are very small compared to for example fraps. It makes it easier both for the admins and for the reporter. Anything can be used as proof, theres no right or wrong as long as you got the proof. I just provided examples of why recording recording a demo is one of the easiest ways to record a rulebreaker.
