What rules has the reported player broken?: Freekilling and leaving the server after doing so (Same person who said he would teamkill someone in my previous report)

Again, it pains me to decline reports where it is almost clear that a person is freekilling but there simply isn't enough evidence in your 12 second clip. I have no idea what warden's orders were (perhaps there was a time limit on obby?), he kills a single person in the first two seconds and that's it for the whole video and you cut the demo off before he disconnects.
