What is the accused persons SteamID? U:1:247343901

What rules has the reported player broken? Freekilling seveal times. Recorded two of them. Still freekilling people but doesn't do in large group. Just every few minutes he kills one prisoner at random for no reason.

K so after i got over my laziness after i uploaded the video.

In the demo it is shown that he did free kill 2 players, and that's what i will count, just to be fair.
and from the reaction of the players/warden it seems that he has been doing that for a while, and thus a 3 day ban is fit for him.... at least i think so.
