What is the accused persons's SteamID? Almost always there are multiple parties involved in doing so.

What is the reason of the report? There is not a rule added to prevent parties from doing so, which means this rule should be added to prevent ×100 servers from crashing and lagging from people who abuse mass amounts of sentries, teleporters, and dispensers.
