What is the reason of the report? Backstory: I vote muted him the other day for constantly interrupting my ads intentionally, and he got mad and muted me on his end.
Today, I called a vote mute on him again due to him interrupting my ads again, and as soon as the vote was called, he left to dodge it, with full intention of dodging it. He rejoined the server after the vote went through, but he was not affected by it. Proof is in the Google Drive link.
