For ownage: Using aimbot
For tf2 items: Encouraging it and even bringing in his seperate account. Wasn't sure if he was serious or not.

ownage has been permanently banned though he already had a VAC ban, and "plz give me tf2 items" has received a permanent comm block for essentially advertising and welcoming hacks.
