Gonna take a stab in the dark with this guy, even if I am wrong, he can still have a gag.
(Assuming logs aren't up to date, but he did insult someone in those logs.)

I will leave this open so @AgentPiman can comment if it was correct.

By the way, steamid's are usually found through the developer console by typing "status".
Might come in handy.
