Personally I like youtube videos only if they put the tick marks so I don't have to watch the entire thing (like this report which is the perfect example). But demos are good too because they are easier to do and don't require any sort of recording software. Whatever works for you works.

Now, regarding the report, both are being banned for 1 week and permanently team banned.
