Was playing on the MvM 100x MIA server and saw them acting strange. No hats, no cosmetics or skins to speak of. Just default Sniper with the most obvious aimbot I've ever seen. They were helpful in MvM obviously, but a cheater is a cheater, and if left alone they may join other PvP servers and use their cheats there.
