Who are you reporting?
livelyillchinchilla

What is the accused persons's SteamID?
STEAM_0:0:491306578

What is the reason of the report?
[ Cheating, advertising cheats, admition to ban evasion, and possible threat of ddos ]

I was in game with a buddy when we became skeptical of this guys amount of "skill". We then saw the chat spam and were like "okay, yea this guy joined UU with lmaobox" so we proceeded to pound him into the ground with our knowledge of the gamemode and we just teased him as to why a hacker would even join a UU server when there's so many ways of countering it.
- A little while later after we were just playing around with him, he randomly then accused one of us of being an Admin and we were confused, we replied with pretty good laughter, then he said one of our ports were open so on so forth and just left.
- I then wondered how he got one of our IP's if it was possible through tf2 and I did "status" in the console and to my surprise the other person's IP did show up in the console.
- I told him about this and suggested for him to turn off his router for over 30 sec and come back on to maybe reduce the risk of this guy actually wanting to do something tedious with his info.

Here's a nice little chatlog aswell he provided to us:
" oh and btw 'admin' i got banned on bw 16 times now, how about u ip ban me if u can XD "

Any other proof you have
Please check the first 3 pages of the recent chatlogs.

Hello,

the reported person has been already picked up by VAC. If you get the same suspicion again, please contact me immediately. As for the IP thing. There is hardly anything the person can do besides find out what country you live in and normally every home router has all their ports closed, which should prevent any sort of DDoS vector.
