What is the reason of the report? Evading multiple perma bans/alt account

Any other proof you have I reported this guy before here (hes permanently banned on multiple alt accounts and his main) https://blackwonder.tf/threads/report-against-shredder-emo-scene-furry-%E2%96%88-%E2%96%BA-blackwonder-ny-mge-%E2%97%84-%E2%96%88.36655/ and hes back on a new account playing on Blackwonder and as you can see he used the same account in his videos and admitted it was his alt in his discord and also theres a youtube video someone else made wheres hes using the same account and you can clearly hear when he talks in voice chat that its him https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Y6y5w9iF5QU
