What is the reason of the report? He is using some kind of wall hack

1. At the first cloak spy kill, He told me that he heard my character voice line says "The scout is a spy". But clearly I wasn'
2. Since the second kill, I told him "You are being very sus and I was recording". So he start to act like he is doing some spy checkin
3. At the last kill, He Just knows where I am but keep acting like he is spy checking. But still knows exactly where I am.
