10086 and further he locks onto enemies through the walls.
At 10600 he makes a shot aimed directly on the head, by a bodyshot is registered. This may just be SourceTV freaking out, but aimbots have a choice of selecting a hitbox to lock on. This happens several times.
At 12500 there is a lock-on.
At 12900 there is a lock-on.
At 14490 there is another lock-on.

How they positioned their crosshair is common sense in a Trade Server since that's the only spawn the enemy team could go to.
The only timestamp that I could agree with you being a little suspicious, is 12900, but it wasn't because of the lock-on but the immediate stop on the head from the body.
