What is the reason of the report? Playing with a person on blackwonder servers who he knows was VAC banned previously and not bringing it up for years.

I believe it's around the time to throw my cards on to the table.
I claim that Honey has an alt account on which she was VAC banned in 2012. I do not want to make a duplicate report, so I will only link my arguments for that: https://blackwonder.tf/threads/report-against-ʎǝuoɥ-︻デ═一-all-game-modes.24633/.
Given that its known that Honey and Kerknor share username patterns in history and play together often, its probable that Honey's alt and Kerknor played together in 2012 to 2013:
In 2013, Kerknor's name changed from "Weaverz" to "Weaverz Rage°" to "Kerknor ︻デ═一"
In 2011-2012, Honey's alt's name changed from "♫ Họהəy ♫ ♥2098♥" to "♫ Họהəy Rage° ♪".
In 2012-2013, Honey's name changed from "♫ Họהəy Rage° ♪" to "✿ Họnəy ♪ ︻デ═一", and kept the " ︻デ═一" until today. It seems that they played together in 2012-2013, and then the alt account was relatively abandoned unless for certain name changes to throw people off the trail. Keep in mind Honey's alt was banned on 2012-10-25.
Since Kerknor played as "Weaverz" from 2012-2013, and suddenly changed his username to "Weaverz Rage°", which is analogous to "♫ Họהəy Rage° ♪", using the same unicode symbol ° , it is likely that Kerknor played with Honey's alt account, as it is her oldest account, therefore her main account, and predates her current account. It is likely that Kerknor and Honey played together in 2012-2013 until she started using her more recent current account to prevent connection to her VAC banned alt. This shows that is likely that Kerknor knew of Honey using VAC in 2012 on her main (now alternate) account but did not bring it up during her time on Blackwonder servers.
