Micspam ultra (i missed him with votemute and wrongfully muted somebody else who I apologized to immediately but I made sure to grab the right steam id)

Hello Jim!
Player has been permanently silenced. I actually permanently banned someone shortly before this person joined the server once I left since the person I banned appeared to be an alt and was mass free killing, team killing, and mic spamming excessively.
My apologies for not being able to join the server, I was occupied once I left. Yet again, thank you for making the report doc!
