Wow. Talk about a strikeout.
1) The accused had a spy in his face and slayed himself immediately afterwards. Considering his priors are a year old, and the lack of validity to your other claims, I don't consider that severe enough to justify punishing in this instance (though do feel free to report him again if it happens a second time).
2) You are allowed to ask people if they have mics, you just can't order them to use it or take actions against them based on their word.
3) Warden allowed blues to hunt+chase at tick 4000. He also wasn't armory camping, if you drive around the demo he was going back for a resupply and you started breaking that breakable at very unfortunate time.
