What is the reason of the report? Extreme toxicity, Inappropriate language, self-proclaimed hacker. I would like a perma mute/gag since I checked his chat logs via stats.tf and those 7,000+ tabs of chat history is just full of insults.

Almost 80% of his chat log is just insults and turns around most of the arguments by blaming the "start of the argument whom is pointed at" that is started by him.
