Second clip caught after I went Spectate to file this report, came back and he's still doing it. Also included my conversation with him about not exploiting, and him continuing. There *was* a Red exit put in spawn, that an engineer proceeded to put an entrance down in the void, but he didn't tell anyone where it was, nobody came through, and he manually destroyed it. I ended up getting a clip of it just in case, but nothing suggesting exploiting.
