Apologies for dragging this out so long, but I'm afraid I cannot punish this player. You were all technically KoS from not being AFK frozen in knife pit despite being given at least 2 repeats, even if the warden chose to ignore his own order.
Declining this, feel free to make a new report if you have evidence of him doing this under less justifiable circumstances.
