Bread and Ice have been punished. We don't ban people for delaying under normal circumstances, if you're sure someone is delaying the round and not an active rebel you can voteslay them. Thanks for reporting.
That said, Elevation Day/No Jump Day is stupid and I really don't blame him for making that mistake ;p
