What rules has the reported player broken? Hoovy The Unicorn has been going warden before any other blue and turns on friendly fire illegally without giving any orders, he's done it for the past five rounds.

Other than free killing some players.
He instantly went warden when the next round started, and didn't give any orders.
And illegal activation of friendly fire.
As well as this is his first time getting banned.
Thus, 1 week ban.
