The file is 400mb. View between 00:56 and 02:45. Reason clip is so big is because I wanted to include myself checking the client-side mute menu to confirm he's not muted on my end for the purposes of the report (this happens right at the end of the clip).
Even if the votemute was a votegag, I still believe this would have been an abusive vote due to the content shown from Randy vs the Vote reason.
