What is the reason of the report? From what I've been shown this user may be scamming people and taking. Their items, I have one screenshot sent to me by a friend, (idk if it's adequate proof though)
I don't know if this is a reportable offense, but I figured I would make a report on it anyway. If this is indeed a reportable offense, and I can obtain more evidence I shall leave it here.

With this screenshot only, it may just be a case of him not being on the server and just sending random offers to people. I'm leaving this open in the meantime, if you can find any more sufficient evidence please post here.
