After reviewing the demo, I placed a 12 hour ban on both player.

This ban is for "being friendly with Hale" and "delaying the round". But since Herp did not deal any damage to the Hale and both of them killed themselves after 48 seconds without anything happened, I do not feel that it justified to place a whole 1 day ban on both. These were only minor offenses.

If any admin thinks different about this, feel free to remove/lengthen the punishment.
