What is the reason of the report? Blocking
Files you have as proof File(s) attached
Any other proof you have both players were blocking or attempting to block other players (including each other) for pretty much the entirety of the demo. As such, I do not feel it is necessary to list the ticks. I will however note that this is common behavior for both players whom are both well aware of the blocking rule, which was also quoted during the demo at approximately tick 28000, and the behavior continued unabated for the remainder of the map.

CR_JAMIE Blocking or attempted Blocking @ Ticks
15000-15300, 16600-17900, 23500-24450, 25000-25420, 27000-29000, 33900-34000, 38400-38700, 40900-42700, 45500-46600, 48000-49000, 58000-59800, 61000-63200, 77300-77600, 83000-86500
there's a few more in between but these alone should be more than plenty to prove repeated intentional blocking. You can also tell early on by chat other players are decidedly unhappy about what these two were doing.
