What server game mode is the report concerned with?
Vs Saxton Hale

What is the reason of the report? Due to the fact that the rules are rather vague in what they mean. I took the rules from here https://blackwonder.tf/threads/saxton-hale-rules-in-depth-details.3966/
Thankfully the admin realized that these vsh rules are vague, so he clarified them. This report was made in accordance to those clarified rules.
Broken VSH Rule 1: No camping - Camping in general: Is for a player to stay in one spot for a long time (Around 8+ seconds) while that spot is unfit for his class or the current situation that is going on at the time. as well as going back to the same spot every too often.
Broken VSH Rule 2: Do not delay rounds - Same rules apply for (No camping) as camping will result in a delay anyways.
Other than the above rules. The player in question also acted like a jerk by playing as medic and refusing to revive anyone in the game. This is a problem as there is a max number of 3 medics on the players team, and medics play an extremely crucial role to the gameplay by reviving dead players to fight against hale. This mechanic also allows dead players another chance and more play time when fighting against hale, which is especially important for new players as they die the most. Hence, actively refusing to revive players as a medic directly affects how much fun the players have on the server.
I have added text chat history to prove the medic was actively refusing to revive and not simply hiding from hale.
Honestly, the thread is 4 years old already, and the game mode has changed significantly (addition of class limitations, hale changes, and medic reviving). I wouldn't mind taking some time to update and further clarify the rules if the admins will allow it.
