There are multiple instances of him tracking players through walls and getting 1-frame flicks on players he has no right knowing about.
The most damning kill is on the pyro at the 2:51 mark on Video 1:

I've attached the frame where the pyro dies. His crosshair was nowhere NEAR the pyro. Blatent walls.
Not to mention he was smacked by SMAC on skial.
