What is the reason of the report? He was running a script, at least he wasn't moving and kept back spiking but he eventually saw people were catching on so he turned it where he just has to face the rocket. I didn't catch the first part because had to download this software and I don't know for sure if that's his steam id because I couldn't find him on recently played with. I used the command in-game and waited 30 minutes while no admins came on. I also messaged him to see if he was the right guy and said this, so take it for what you want.
