I'd need evidence from at least the previous round to punish him, to rule out him legally unwardening due to be selected too many times in a row.

I don't usually record special days. There are hunger games LR and PropHunt LR. No one can even Warden hog
Also, The timeline that he join SG | JB is 20:09:21
And the time that he first chats in the chat are 20:13:34
The time that he unwarden is 20:26:24 or before
Between the timeline it only 14mins2sec.
Each Round Maximum 10 mins, even shortly the time to 5mins each round, there is no way can be warden hogging
The time that he joins I believe can be sure that he haven't been warden any round until been randomly choose to be warden
And he plays on US | Jailbreak and LA | Jailbreak, I think he knows the rules about slaying yourself is unwilling warden
