I called him out because he was ghosting. He clearly got pissed. After that he demanded me to use my mic, and since he is not an admin, he can fuck off. Then votemuted me for no reason.

People like this guy shouldn't have these kinds of powers.

Donors are allowed to ask for mic authentication from BLU's and if they don't want to answer or use it, it ends with them usually getting muted to prevent them from joining BLU in the future, just like mic checks. If they ask, the safest bet is to answer.
It'd also be nice to have evidence of him ghosting so I could punish him for that but for now, Imma just keep this open.

Actually, if the donator was forcing someone to use there mic, as in doing a "mic check" then this is donator abuse. At no point can donators do mic checks. A donator can however mute someone in place of a team ban if they aren't using there mic as a warden etc. Haven't watched the demo myself though. But if Dreem was trying to do a mic check, then punished someone for it, then this is donator abuse.

Player banned for one month, conveniently also removing donator powers as the player has had numerous commblocks and a two-week ban already.
