Both account's backpacks are private (if the user were to unprivate I'm sure the items with the linked histories would sync and be all too incriminating) but I was able to find screenshots with similar items in them. The items in question are very high-tier and not easily acquired, which should cover the question of their legitimacy. The imgur album also contains links to the individual screenshots themselves, as well as them being in the original account's backpack.
