I quickly looked through his chat and found nothing really offensive or racist that would particularly stand out from the average tf2 player. He probably didn't mean it, and I haven't found another example of him saying similar stuff. I doubt anyone actually got offended or that he meant to offend anyone. It's just your average guy on the internet who sometimes says dumb shit. I won't gag him.
