Easy Dodgeball

What is the accused persons's SteamID? STEAM_0:1:68896679

What is the reason of the report? Bodyblocking/insta reflecting

Any other proof you have I know it's a kind of borked way of doing this but I can't get demos to work, if need be I can provide more proof along with unedited videos of this guy. I have another encounter with this guy in a second video and all the evidence is from the first video. Sorry for the video lag, have a great day staff!
