Thank you for the report, @Jesus.
I've been looking into the report, and I've decided to decline it.
My reason is that, "nigga" isn't tolerated as racism in this context under those circumstances. He didn't use the word "nigga" as an assualt, or meant to insult anybody, therefore I do not see it as racism.
