Any other proof you have First of all, I know he is #1 on this server.
And I dont care about that. I care about facts.
When I play against him, I really cant hit him. Which is strange, since he has less than 90ms ping (while mine flactuate around 100ms). Can hit everyone else, but not him. Because he stutters. Alot!
And when I spectate him, I see how he miss, but actually hit. I know that could be because of lag. But again, checking ping (in console), he seem to have less than some other players. I dont think he uses aimbot or wallhack.. but maybe changed something about network setting, which make this happened?
Idk. I wish admin joined and played.
Anyway, there is record. See for yourself.
And if Im wrong, pls explain me reason behind this, so I dont mistakenly report someone else for the same reason.

Player isn't hacking nor is he using network settings as the "lag" you see isn't constant.
He might just be playing on a wifi connection

No, sorry. I should try harder.
But I noticed that sometimes people play with +200 ping and still headshot people almost instantly. And when I spec them, they look legit. And their aim, from my point of view, is waay off!

Scratch that... Iwe just playing against https://steamcommunity.com/id/galungamaster/ on 78.159.100.199:27095 and thougt he was legit... and then
[Anti-Cheat] Galunga has been detected for aimbotting!

Should watch more carefully. Or he is smart enough to hidre it.

Some people just enjoy/play better on higher ping.
I play on 150 ping and I do just fine.
