Actually watched the demo, davidbravoo6 was clearly spawncamping.

Demo sat in spawn baiting and even taunting the enemy team. The demo begins with shots being fired at the player recording the Demo. Then the rest of the video shows they are needlessly (the point wasn't active) sitting, waiting, killing and taunting red from on the ramp and the other demo doing so deep within spawn. I have 0 reasons to believe that the red team was doing to unprovoked like the beginning of the video portrays. Given the evidence that the demos intentionally fired pills from deep within their spawn and then taunted and killed people from the ramp. This was not some one-way fire and it was not some bloodied attempt to prevent them from capping. The shots were deliberate to fire at one person, the one on the ramp who was was killing from within spawn. They were not spamming fire into spawn needlessly and they were not preventing anyone from leaving.

If a player stands at the edge of their spawn (abusing the very gray rule) and fires at people, they should not complain when they are shot at.
